Grace contains multitudes but she doesn’t always contain grace.

Sometimes its abhorrent exuberance and skipping days.

But she always comes home to herself.

Celebrating 10 years of Living in New York City <3

Officially 10 years of living in New York City ♥️

I moved here the day after I graduated college with $800 dollars, two suitcases and a one-way ticket.

I moved into an apartment building that was shut down two months later for rat infestation.

I didn’t even care, I was so happy.

New York is both a place and a feeling.

My dad first took me here when I was 11 years old. He said he had never seen my eyes so big. He bought me two paintings from artists vendors sitting on Central Park South. Those two paintings hung in my room all throughout my childhood until I graduated high school.

I always knew it was New York, my first and only love. ♥️♥️♥️
